These statement earrings feature my hand-painted interpretation of the beloved Painted Lady butterfly, with warm orange wings, creamy white markings, and rich black details.
Each butterfly begins as a miniature painting. The wings are individually hand painted with acrylic paint on canvas, carefully hand cut, sealed in resin for protection and shine, and then assembled by hand into a one-of-a-kind pair of earrings.
This pair is suspended beneath a delicate gold-tone hoop and finished with shimmering Czech glass beads, adding light, movement, and a subtle sparkle above the painted wing.
Because every butterfly is painted and cut by hand, subtle variations are part of the beauty of each pair—making every set a small piece of wearable original art.
